Shipping

Packaging:

All cards are shipped with their corresponding envelope in a protective polypropylene sleeve.  Cards and prints 11x14 and under are shipped flat in a rigid cardboard envelope of the appropriate size.

Larger prints are shipped in a recycled cardboard tube.

Candles are carefully packaged with tissue paper and bubble wrap and placed in a recycled corrugated cardboard box to ensure their safe arrival.

We strive to use the most environmentally friendly products we have at our disposal.  As we continue to grow and materials become more available (and affordable) we hope to someday eliminate all excessive plastics from our production. 

The polypropylene sleeves that are used to ship flat items like cards and prints are fully recyclable.  We also reuse shipping boxes and fillers with possible.

 

Shipping:

Depending on the weight and size of your package, orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  A tracking number will always be issued with your shipping confirmation.

Orders:

Retail orders are typically ready to ship in 3-5 days.

Wholesale orders are ready to ship in 2-3 weeks and if an item is out of stock it may take up to 4 weeks.

Orders may be changed or canceled unless already processed.

Candles:

All sales are final.

We take care in ensuring that your order is safely packaged and protected from shipping and handling. However, sometimes accidents happen in transport. In the event that merchandise becomes damaged during shipping, exchanges are available, no refunds. If your candle arrives damaged, please message us at eartherealdesign@gmail.com with a photograph of the item(s) and the packaging within 3 days of receipt.  Buyer pays shipping costs for replacement.

Custom Designs:

Available for custom or personalized orders. Seller reserves the right to post custom design for sale 2 weeks after the custom design has been shipped.
